Delve into the history of women and tea while indulging in our selection of pastries and savory items. Guests have the option of bringing their liquor to complement their experience. Cancellation Policy
**Tea Party Booking Policy** 1. Reservation Requirements: - All tea party reservations require a **minimum of 4 guests** and must be booked at least **7 days in advance. - Refunds: Due to items being made to order refunds are only available if cancelled within 72 hours of the reservation date. **2. Pricing & Payment:** - Full payment is due at the time of the booking - We accept all payment types. **3. Cancellations & Rescheduling:** - Cancellations made at least 3 days before the event to receive full refund. - Cancellations within 48-72 hours of the event are non-refundable. - One reschedule is allowed with at least 72 hour notice, subject to availability. 4. Guest Count & Changes:** - Extra guest can be added to the reservation up to 72 hours before the reservation. Please contact 682-231-3159 to add extra guest. - No additional guests may be added 48-72 hours before the reservation or the day of due to seating and table setting limitations. 5. Duration & Setup:** - Tea parties are scheduled for 2 hours, with an additional 15 minutes for late arrivals. - Arriving late does not extend the event time. **6. Food & Beverages:** - Outside food not permitted unless pre-approved. -Outside drinks are allowed with prior notice. - Special dietary requests must be communicated 72 hours in advance. 7. Decorations & Customizations:** - Light decorations are allowed with prior approval. - Customization requests (e.g., themed décor, special teas, personalized menus) may incur additional fees. **8. Liability & Conduct:** - The host is responsible for any damages caused by their guests. - We reserve the right to refuse service to any guests displaying disruptive behavior. **9. Weather Policy (for outdoor events):** -Some tea parties are located outside when weather permits. - In case of inclement weather, events may be rescheduled or moved indoors if an option is available. **10.
